Notice is hereby given that on 7 January 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley by Daniel Alexander Gates craving the Court that Renewable Energy Engineers Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at c/o Campbell Dallas, Kings Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF ("the company") be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 10 January 2oi9 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
