NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Sangria Lounge Limited has applied to Wandsworth Council to vary the premises licence at
Sangria Lounge, 26 Upper Richmond Hold, Luton, SW15 2RX as follows: To reduce the Provision of Live Music, Recorded Music and Anything of a similar description on Friday and Saturday to 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs. To extend the licensable area for the Sale by Retail of Alcohol and Late Night Refreshment as per floor plan submitted with this variation licensing application under drawing number reference: Sangria Lounge/123. To remove condition CDS Door Supervisors from the premises licence which states; A minimum of 2 Security Industry Authority (SIA) registered Door Supervisors shall be employed on the premises from 21.00 hours on any day the premises are open for licensable activities beyond midnight and until all members of the public have left the premises, and replace with; A minimum of 1 Security Industy Authority (SIA) registered Door Supervisors shall be employed on the premises from 21.00 hours on any day the premises are open for licensable activities beyond midnight and until all members of the public have left the premises. To restrict the capacity of the premises so that it shall not exceed 50 patrons when licensable activities are taking place within the premises.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The London Borough of Wandsworth Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount
