TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b): Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposed development at the Former Inverkip Power Station, Inverclyde, PA16 0EA. For a mixed use "urban village" development including residential, business, community use and small scale retail.

Two public exhibitions will be held at the following:

Wemyss Bay Community Centre, Ardgowan Road, Wemyss Bay, PA18 6AT on 21 January 2019, 13:00 to 18:00; and Inverkip Community Hub, Kip Park Main Street, Greenock, PA16 0FZ on 23 January 2019, 15:00 to 20:00.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Inverclyde Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. When a planning application is submitted to Inverclyde Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
