TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at vacant land fronting Duke Street and Bellgrove Street forming part of the former meat market site at Dennistoun, Glasgow for a major mixed-use development to create new apartments and a new commercial unit with associated parking and landscaping.
A public exhibition will be held at Dennistoun Library, Craigpark, Glasgow, G31 2NA between 2.30pm and 7.30pm on Thursday 24th January 2019. The event will be attended by representatives of the applicant and members of its design team who will be available to take comments, answer questions and provide any additional information.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal may do so at the above event and/or in writing to Stuart Carruthers at the contact details above. Comments should be received no later than Thursday 7th February 2019.
Please note that this notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
