Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Wellington, 4 Theobald Street, Borehamwood, WD6 4SE for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing no 579/LI - Nov*18), which shows the following: Extension to create additional licensed area; Relocate back of house areas including new extension to form Beer Store, new catering kitchen, relocate the WC's to I st floor; Alterations to the bar servery, fixed seating floor finishes, wall and ceiling finishes, include for a new fire alarm and emergency lighting system. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Locations of fire safetv and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plans regulations is indicative only and subject to change at any time. The operating times and licensable activities authorised by the existing Premises Licence to remain unaltered. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 4th February 2019, to the Hertsmere Borough Council Licensing Authority at Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 IWA where the register of licensing applications can be inspected [Turing office hours and/or at http://www.hertsmere.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a fake statement in connection with this application.
