Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Aims 24 Limited has applied in respect of the Lava Lounge, 63 Dorking Road, Epsom KTI8 7JU for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To permit the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) from OfcOOh until 00:00h every day. For the above, to permit thirty minutes drinking up time following the last permitted sale of alcohol. To also permit late night refreshment from 23:00h until 00:00h every day. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 31st January 2019, to the Epsom & Ewell Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a fofee statement in connection with this application. Persons will be \\ab\e on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
