Tir a Mor do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council)

for the grant of our Premises Licence

at Tir a Mor, 7 - 9 Denbigh Street, Llanrwst LL26 OLL

Known as Tir a Mor

The application is to: Grant a Premise License for

Live/ Recorded Music: Mon - Sun between 12.00 -01.00 for celebratory events, the Festive Seasons of Christmas and New Year and Bank Holidays.

Late Night Refreshments: Mon - Sun between 12.00 - 01.00 for celebratory events, the Festive Seasons of Christmas and New Year and Bank Holidays.

Sale of alcohol: Mon - Sun between 12.00 and 22:30 on and off the Premises and between 12.00 and 01:00 for celebratory events, the Festive Seasons of Christmas and New Year and Bank Holidays.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being 5,000.
