Graham Antony Andrews hereby ANNOUNCE that on the 19th April 2018 I became the legal owner In the asset only sale of No 2 Abbey Street Leigh WN7 1EU. I FURTHER declare that prior to 19th April 2018, Graham Anthony Andrews or any known associate of Graham Anthony Andrews DID NOT hold any responsibilities or interests whether legal or fiiandal with the bulling or the Association previously known as Leigh Labour CM), 2 Abbey Street Leigh WN7 1EU. This Association known as Lekjh Labour Club, 2 Abbey Street Leigh WN71EU was dissolved by the unanimous decision of is own Committee on 12th Api 2018 thereby dispersing any debts. All money raised from the sale of the Labour Club legally belong to any persons who on 19th April 2011 were fully paid up members' and therefore any assets B such as the final payment of £23,425.99 after the Club was dissolved should be split up equally and returned to all fully paid up members. The Trustees ot Leigh Labour Club, 2 Abbey Street Leigh WW 1EU are FULLY responsble for all legal matters and Ihe return of any monetary assets left to the members after Ihe final payment of £23,425.99 on the 19th Api 2018, All those persons who on the 12th April 2018 were fully paid up members are legal beneficiaries of any residual monies which currently maybe being held in Trust by the nominated Trustees and should contact Ihe Trustees Solicitor direct for further information and not Graham Anthony Andrews or the premises now known as The Abbey Pub, 2 Abbey Street Leigh WN7 IEU.
