Notice Under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission. TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

I give notice that Simon Williams is applying to Durham County Council for planning permission to erect 2no. dwellings with associated car parking on land adjacent to 4 South Terrace, Framwellgate Moor, Durham DH1 5EN together with upgrading of access from Front Street, Framwellgate Moor to the eastern boundary line of 10 South Terrace, Framwellgate Moor. Any owner* of the land or tenant**who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Durham County Council, Planning Development (Central/East), Room 4/86-102, County Hall, Durham. DH1 5UL within 21 days of the date of this notice. *”Owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years, or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working materials, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than gas, oil, coal, gold or silver). **”Tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is compromised in the land.
