Licensing Act 2003 Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that

Kennetti Kirkman has applied to Sevenoaks District Council on 28 December 2018

for a Premises Licence under the above Act; in respects of the premises known as:

[The Beverage Bank) f The Row, New Ash Green, Longfleld, Dartford, Kent DA3 8JB

The proposed Premises Licence will authorise the 'sale of alcohol' to take

place during the following days and hours:

Sunday: 11:00-22:30hrs



Monday-Thursday: 1f:00-23:00hrs

Friday-Saturday: 1f:00-00:00hrs

With seasonal variation to the above hours on Bank Holidays, permitting the

sale of alcohol until 01:00hrs.

Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003, the above named person has applied for the grant of the Premises Licence. Any person wishing to view the application may do so at Sevenoaks District Council by prior arrangement between the hours of 10am to 4pm. Please ring 017321 227004 to make an appointment. Any person wishing to object to this application must do so in writing by Monday 28th January 2019.
