I KOK SIUNG YAP give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence In respect of 8 Edward St, Truro TR1 3AJ

The application is to: Carry out the following licensable activities:

1) Sale by retail of alcohol A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Cornwall Council, Licensing Central Team, Chy Travail, Beacon Technology Park, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@comwall.gov.uk not later than 18 January 2019.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000._
