(Company Number SC550791) Notice is hereby given that on 21st December 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that ECO LIFESTYLE RENEWABLES LTD., with its Registered Office at 1037 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G3 7TZ be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 27th December 2018 ordained the said Eco Lifestyle Renewables Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
