Erection of an additional storey to buildings IP1, IP2 and IP3 to provide additional office floorspace (Bla use) with roof-top amenity space, new plant with extension to roof plant screening and associated surface car parking and cycle storage. Reason: Major Development.
18/2240/FUL/RK: Wilton House Nursing Home, 73-77 London Road, Shenley, WD7 9BW. Extension to front entrance. Reason: Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
