HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH CW39, COLWALL (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2019

Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, intends to make the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH CW39, COLWALL (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2019 which will temporarily close the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 7563, 4244 to 7565, 4242. The closure is required while the existing railway bridge is removed and replaced. There is no alternative route. The Order is intended to come into operation on 14 January 2019 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
