Also the playing of recorded music at a low volume in this area between these times. The premises address is Maisons Bar, 50 Moulsham Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 0HY. The licensing register can be inspected at the Licensing authority, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1JE, during normal working hours. Any representations by a responsible authority or any persons must be made in writing to the above address or by email to licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk by 16th January. Representations sent after this date cannot be considered.’
