NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U81100 Huntington Lane, Hereford, Temporary Road Closure Order 2019, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U81100 Huntington Lane, Hereford, at the junction with the A438 Kings Acre Road. Grid Ref: 348411/241086. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A4110 Three Elms Road onto the A438 Kings Acre Road and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to the installation of a new water service connection and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 2nd of January 2019 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
