I Sonla Pipper give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for variatien of a Premises Licence Premises Certificate in respect at-Past) Shack, 60 Church Street, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR113DS

The application is to: Extension of hours lor Lata Night Refreshment

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@comwall.gov.uk not later than 18 January, 2019.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
