Notice is given that David Witts has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed variation

GWP Ltd has applied to vary the opening hours to the below.

Mon 07:00 to 23:30 Tue 07:00 to 23:30 Wed 07:00 to 23:30 Thur 07:00 to 23:30 Fri 07:00 to 01:30 Sat 07:00 to 01:30 Sun 07:00 to 23:30

To permit sale of alcohol and such regulated entertainment hereunder until 0100 on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Bank Holiday Weekends, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

To permit sale of alcohol and such regulated entertainment hereunder on New Year's Eve at 1100 until 0100 on 1st of January.

Representations must be received by 10/01/2019 (insert date 28 days from the date of this notice)

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
