I J W Bassett Pubs LTD of the Pen and Wig 22-24 stow hill, Newport, hereby give notice that I am applying to Newport City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below
a)To increase opening hours for sale of alcohol to 0800 to 0300 seven days a week
b)To add provision of Late night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00hrs – 03:00hrs
c)Deletion of existing Operating Schedule conditions to be replaced with new Operating Schedule as stated in attached document to this application in accordance with promotion of the 4 licensing objectives
The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. Anyone wishing to object or make representations must do so in writing by 18th January 2019
