Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-Application consultation by the prospective applicant.
Proposed Development at 100 Bothwell Street, Glasgow for Demolition of existing building and erection of multi-storey office development with potential retail/leisure ground floor uses with associated car parking and associated public realm works.
A public meeting will be held at The Blythswood Hotel, Glasgow on both 09 January 2019 from 13:30 to 16:30 and 10 January from 16:00 to 20:00.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by post at the address above or by email to pan@100bothwellstreet.com (entitled 100 Bothwell Street) by 25 January 2019.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
