LICENSING ACT 2003 Application for a Premises Licence

We, Nescot Enterprises Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied to Epsom and Ewell Borough Council for a Premises Licence for premises knows as and situate at: Rasika, Nescot, Reigate Road, Epsom, Surrey KT17 3DS. It is proposed that the following relevant licensable activities will be carried on or from the premises: Indian Restaurant, Selling Food and Alcohol, 12:00 - 23:30.

Any other person or responsible authority wishing to submit representations to this application must do so in writing by no later than 15th January 2019

Representations must be submitted to: Grants and Licensing Team, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BT. The Copy of this application, and the Licence Registers may be inspected at the above address, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Any person knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with an application, commits an offence, and will be liable on summary conviction to a fine no exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
