Notice of application to a Premises Licence
under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Popworld @ The Elephant & Casde, 4-10 Deansgate, Bolton, BLI I BR applied to Bolton Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: I. To extend the terminal hour for films, indoor sporting events, live music, performance of dance, late night refreshment, and sale of alcohol to 05110 hours the following day Friday and Saturday. ITo extend the opening hours to allow the premises to close to 05:30 the following day Friday and Saturday 3. To extend the start time for films to start from 07:00 hours Monday to Sunday in-line with existing opening hours (No change to start time for other licensable activities). 4. To add conditions to the premises licence following consultation with Police Licensing as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority. 5. To amend and add non­standard timings as detailed in the application submitted to the Licensing Authority. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Administration, Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council, Regulatory Services, Ground Roor.Town Hall,Victoria Square, Bolton, BLI IRU, no later than 14 January 2019 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Bolton Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.bokon£ov.uk Ft is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
