NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED)
NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF AREAS OF OPEN SPACE
Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Bolton ("the Council") intends to dispose of interests in land that includes areas of open space at the following locations:
Land South of Horwich Locomotive Works, Horwich, Bolton (LS/RB/075700)
Plans showing the areas to be included in the disposals can be inspected during regular opening hours at the One Stop Shop, the Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU. A copy of this Notice and the above mentioned plans are available at: http://www.bolton.gov.uk/website/Pages/ □isposalofparksandopenspaces.aspx
Any objections to the intended disposals must be made in writing and addressed to Helen Gorman, Borough Solicitor, Bolton Council, Legal Services Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU, or by e-mail to legal.services@bolton.gov.uk bearing the reference (see above) by no later than 3rd January 2019.
All objections received will then be considered by the Council. Dated 20th December 2018,
The Council propose to make the following Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
THE BOLTON (BLACKROD AREA. BOLTONWSPEED LIMITS) (NO.l ORDER 2019
Its effect will be to impose speed limits of 20mph and 50mph on roads within the Blackrod Area, Bolton. This is an area that is bounded by the following roads:-
20mph speed limit
Little Scotland, Dark Lane, Balmoral Drive, Kenmore close, Doune Avenue,
Newark Close, Glamis Court, Stirling Court, Inveraray Avenue
50mph speed limit
Dark Lane and Grimford Lane
as specified in the draft Order.

Hill Lane, Ainse Road, Vicarage Road West, Little Scotland, Balmoral Drive, Kenmore Close, Doune Avenue, Newark Close, Glamis Court, Stirling Court, Inveraray Avenue.
