Notice is hereby given that Punch Partnerships (PTL) Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Duke Of Wellington, 11 Medomsley Road, Consett DH8 5HE.The variation proposed is as follows:-Application is made to:- Amend the licensing plan in accordance with drawing number 7742-12 dated 08.11.18 which accompanies this application;Amend the opening hours to 08:00 daily for the provision of non-licensable activities e.g. the sale of tea/coffee/breakfast.A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Durham County Council, Environment, Health & Consumer Protection, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ
