Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development on the ground floor of 189 and 191 and the first floor of 191 Cowley Road, Oxford, OX4 1UT.

I hereby give notice that Thor Investments Ltd has applied to Oxford City Council for planning permission for the change of use of ground floor of no.'s 189/191 Cowley Road from use within Use Class A2 (financial and professional services) to restaurant use (Use Class A3) comprising

the erection of single storey rear extension to

the building to provide kitchen facilities and the

enlargement of openings to front elevation as

well as the change of use of first floor of no. 191 to create a 1-bed flat and the provision of waste

storage and cycle parking.

Any owner of the land or tenant of the red edged land who wishes to make representations about

this application, should write to: Planning and Development Control, Oxford City Council, St Aldates Chambers, 109-113 St Aldates, Oxford, OX1 5BD within the next 21 days.

or dispose of their property, unless there is some

provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
