RAIKES ROAD TEMPORARY CLOSURE

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (RAIKES ROAD & BEMBRIDGE DRIVE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND ONE WAY TRAFFIC) (NO.2) ORDER 2019

The Council intends to make an order not less than seven days from this date, the effect of which, being operative from 9 January 2019, will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Raikes Road, from its junction with Radcliffe Rd for 50m in a southerly direction, and to implement a temporary one way traffic restriction on Bembridge Drive, from Radcliffe Rd to Gorses Lane (permitted direction of travel: north-westerly). Alternative route will be signed. The order is necessary due to gas mains replacement works which will last for approximately 15 days and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
