LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976 REVISION OF HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE LICENCE FEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, Worcester City Council proposes to vary the level of fees for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire licences, with effect from 1st April 2019 as follows:

Any objections to the proposed variations must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Manager at the address set out below no later than 28 days from the publication date of this notice.
