LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Kapucin Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Richmond for the grant of a Premises licence at Kapucin 18b Hill Rise Richmond TW10 6UA under Sect 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 to allow the Following licensaMe activities: a) The sale by retail of alcohol -12 noon to 11 pm Monday to Sunday b) Provision of late night refreshment - 11pm to Midnight Monday to Sunday Premises open to the Public - 7am to Midnight Monday to Sunday. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority to this application must be made in writing to: Licensing Authority, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre 44 York Street Twickenham TW1 3BZ. Iicensing8richmond.gov.uk And received no later than: 4th January 2019. Representations must be linked to one or more licensing objective: The prevention of crime and disorder, Public Safety, The prevention ot public nuisance, The protection of children from harm. A copy of the application car be viewed at; The Licensing Authority, Civic Centre 44 York Street Twickenham. Any personal data contained in a letter of representation will be disclosed to the applicant, any interested parties and responsible authorities. Details may also be published in the minutes which are distributed to all parties to the proceedings, available or the council's website and in libraries in the borough. The Licensing Authority will not accept anonymous representations. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited. 7345571
