Royal Wootton Bassett Sports Association - Premises Licence

LICENSING ACT 2003

Karen Cleveland, on behalf of Royal Wootton Bassett Sports Association, is applying for the grant of a Premises License for The Gerard Buxton Sports Ground at Brinkworth Road, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire.

The License, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place:
Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises
Provision of facilities for regulated entertainment

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council Public Protection Licensing Team, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 1ER. They hold a copy of the application, which can be viewed by prior appointment.

Representation must be made in writing no later than Monday 27th July 2015.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
