NOTICE OF DETERMINATION 561967- M3 Pollinator Scheme
(She 34) ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
ASSESSMENT DETERMINATION UNDER SECTION l05AB(l)(b)OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
(as amended) Highways England gives notice that it has been determined that the M3 Pollinator (Site 34) proposal which is a relevant project within the meaning of section I05ZA (2) of the Highways Act 1980 (as amended) is not subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance with Part lOSAof the Highways Act 1980 (as amended). This is due to the fact that there are no likely significant effects on the environment when taking into account the characteristics and location of the development, and the type and characteristics of the potential impacts.
