Applied on the 4th December 2018 for the full variation of a Premises Licence to St Helens Council in respect of the premises known as: The Eagle & Child 38 Main Street Billinge St Helens WN5 7HD To add a new outside bar area to provide: Sale of alcohol on the premises During the intended hours of 10.00 until 22.00 Monday to Sunday Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing and Land Charges Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1 HF Not later than the 1st January 2019 to the licensing authority.
