Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U94421 Chantry Pitch, Brimfield, Temporary Road Closure Order 2018, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U94421 Chantry Pitch, Brimfield, outside Croft Farm. Grid Ref: 351918/267694. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the U94419 Parrowfield Lane onto the A49 onto the U94422 Wyson Lane and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to a leaking water connection requiring repair works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 17th of December 2018 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
