Notice is hereby given that we, New Kyo Constitutional Club & Institute Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as NEW KYO CONSTITUTIONAL CLUB & INSTITUTE, 1-2 CROFT TERRACE, NEW KYO, STANLEY. DH9 7TS for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales), provision of indoor plays, films, sporting events, live & recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar from 10:00 – 01:00, late night refreshment from 23:00 – 01:00 and from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. All activities Monday to Sunday inclusive. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham.
