The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond. 5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named by no later than 28th July 2015 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
