WHEREAS I have been satisfied by Statutory Declaration that the duplicate Certificate of Title for ALL THAT parcel of land hereditaments and premises situate In FISH LANE In the Town of MONTEGO BAY In the parish of SAINT JAMES binding North on land in the possession of Joseph Hawthorn East on land in the possession of Samuel Leach West on Fish Lane and South on land in the possession of William Bates Whatsoever quantity of land the same may contain or howsoever otherwise the same may be bounded and being the land registered at Volume 1179 Folio 583 of the Register Book of Titles in the names of WYCLIFFE DOUGLAS and EVELIN DOUGLAS - HAS BEEN LOST:-

I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that I intend at or after the expiration of fourteen days after the last appearance of this advertisement to DISPENSE with the production of the duplicate Certificate of Title and to endorse on the original a Transfer No. 2106602 from the above named WYCLIFFE DOUGLAS and EVELIN DOUGLAS to EVELIN DOUGLAS of all the land comprised in the Certificate of Title and thereafter cancel the said Certificate of Title and to register a new Certificate in duplicate in place thereof.
