1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 6 December 2018 made the above orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Prohibition of Stopping outside Schools Order is to extend a length of School Keep Clear Markings as detailed in Schedule 1 to this Notice.
3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order is to introduce lengths of double yellow lines in Haggard Road and Strafford Road as detailed in Schedule 2 to this Notice.
4. The general effect of the Parking Places Amendment Order is to remove 3 parking bays in Strafford Road, Twickenham and introduce 2 parking bays in Haggard Road, Twickenham as detailed in Schedule 3 to this notice.
5. Copies of the Orders, which come into operation on 10 December 2018, plans showing the location and effect of the Orders and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders: -
(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 18/132 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and
(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.gov. uk/public_notices
6. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within

SCHEDULE 1 Amendment to School Keep Clear Markings
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 6 THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (FREE PARKING PLACES) PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES) (AMENDMENT No. 64) ORDER 2018 DISABLED PERSONS PARKING BAYS VARIOUS STREETS THROUGHOUT THE BOROUGH (Reference 18/102)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 6 December 2018 made the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The principal objective of the Disabled Persons' Parking Places Order
is to introduce a number of parking places for disabled persons where a high level of parking makes reasonable means of access difficult.
3. The Disabled Persons' Parking Places Order will introduce a parking bay for disabled persons' vehicles, operating "at any time" in the following streets:
Bridgeman Road, Teddington; Plevna Road, Hampton; Sunnyside Road, Teddington; Tudor Avenue, Hampton.
4. Copies of the Order, which comes into force on 10 December 2018, plans showing the location and effect of the Order and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order: -
(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 18/102 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

5. 1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 6 December 2018 made the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the One-Way Streets Order is to remove the extent of one-way working in Holly Road between its junction with London Road and a point 20 metres west of the western kerb-line of Grosvenor Road.
3. Copies of the Order, which comes into force on 10 December 2018, a plan showing the location and effect of the Order and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order: -
(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 18/166 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restrictions Cranmer Road, Hampton Hill
(Ref: 18/254)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement, they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Cranmer Road, Hampton Hill.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Cranmer Road, Hampton Hill. The works and suspensions will be carried out on a rolling basis.
3. The Order will come into effect on 10 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 10 December 2018 until 21 December
2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Parking Suspension Cedar Terrace, Richmond
(Ref: 18/252)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate construction of a signal equipment room they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Cedar Terrace, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of parking places in Cedar Terrace, Richmond: -
(a) outside No. 23 Cedar Terrace;
(b) outside No. 82 Cedar Terrace;
(c) on the south side, opposite No, 1-28 Catherine Drive and outside the signal equipment room.
3. The order will come into effect on 10 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 10 December 2018 until 25 October
2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Riverview Gardens, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Riverview Gardens, Barnes. The works and suspensions will be carried out on a rolling basis.
3. The Order will come into effect on 10 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 10 December 2018 until 20 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
