Notice pursuant to Section 121 Charities Act 2011

It is the intention of the trustees of Trowbridge Unitarian Congregation ("the Charity") to offer for sale the whole of its freehold interest in the property known as 45 Seymour Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8LX (registered at Land Registry under title number WT7873).

The trustees have instructed Kingstons Estate Agents, Trowbridge, to openly market the property on behalf of the Charity and having regard to the marketing recommendations of the Charity's surveyor.

The purpose of this notice is to allow anybody with an interest in the Charity or who could be affected by the sale, the opportunity to make representations to the trustees.
