Applying for a premises licence

Notice is hereby given that The Flying Pig has applied to West Dorset District Council for a new premises licence in respect of The Old School Room Boyles School, High Street, Yetminster, Sherborne, Dorset, DT9 6LF
For the provision of retail sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Monday - Saturday (6 Days)
Any interested party or responsible Authority may make representation in writing to;- The Licencing Section, West Dorset District Council, South Walk House.South Walk Road, Dorchester, Dorset. DT1 1UZ within 28 days of the date of this notice.
The licencing register can be viewed during normal office hours at the address above or on line at www.dorsetforyou.com
It is an offence under Section 158 of the licencing act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
