Mr Battistini has applied to Christchurch Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as a situate at 20 Church Street, Christchurch Dorset, BH23 1BW and proposes to carry on the following activities:-

The sale of Alcohol for consumption on a off the premises between 12:00 and 21:00 hours Monday to Sunday

Responsible Authorities as defined under the Licensing Act 2003 or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between 22 November 2018 and 19 December 2018

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005)._
