Notice is given ttiat an application has been made to Lewisham Council (die Licensing Authority) for a Variation to the premises licence by The Tapas Room Limited in respect of The Deptford Project, Unit 8,4 Market Yard, SE8 4BX. The details of the application are as follows: The extension of licensable areas to include areas in excess of current 1 metre designation, as provided in current plan. Details of the application may be inspected by appointment only at Crime, Enforcement & Regulation Service, Licensing Authority, Holbeach Office, 9 Holbeach Road, SE6 4TW. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be submitted, in writing, to the above address within 28 days of the date below.

This notice remains in force from and including the day after the giving of this notice to the licensing authority, namely 27/11/ 2018, for 28 consecutive days. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000._
