NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of North Strathclyde at Dumbarton on 26 November 2018 by Alasdair Burns and Roy Garvin for an Order restoring BVBiomed Ltd, a company formerly registered under the Companies Acts (Company No SC478401) and having its registered office c/o 37 Ledcameroch Park, Bearsden, G61 4AT to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006; and in which Petition the court, by Deliverance dated 26 November 2018, appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, Dumbarton Sheriff Court, Church Street, Dumbarton, G82 1QR within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
