TAKE NOTICE that Tendring District Council propose to extend the maximum number of years a Licensed Environmentally Friendly (Lower Emission) Vehicle can be licensed as a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Vehicle by Tendring District Council from 12 to 13 years so long as the vehicle is in good condition as inspected by the Council’s Mechanics. Objections must be received by 30 December 2018.
