1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to,

the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Prohibition of Stopping outside Schools

Order is to introduce a length of School Keep Clear Markings as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.
3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order is to introduce a length of double yellow lines in Hartington Road across the dropped kerb outside No. 34 Hartington Road.

4. The general effect of the Parking Places Amendment Order is to introduce additional parking spaces adjacent to redundant dropped kerbs outside Nos 21 and 26 Hartington Road.

5. Copies of the proposed Orders, plans showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders: -

(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 18/255 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices

6. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Engineering, Traffic and Parking Policy, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ within 21 days of the date

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Parking Suspension Cedar Terrace, Richmond
(Ref: 18/253)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate construction of a signal equipment room they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Cedar Terrace, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of parking places in Cedar Terrace, Richmond:-

(a) outside No. 23 Cedar Terrace;

(b) outside No. 82 Cedar Terrace;

(c) on the south side, opposite No, 1-28 Catherine Drive and outside the signal equipment room.

3. The order will come into effect on 10 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 10 December 2018 until 25 October 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement, they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Cranmer Road, Hampton Hill,

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Cranmer Road, Hampton Hill. The works and suspensions will be carried out on a rolling basis.

3. The Order will come into effect on 10 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 10 December 2018 until 21 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Riverview Gardens, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Riverview Gardens, Barnes. The works and suspensions will be carried out on a rolling basis.

3. The Order will come into effect on 10 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 10 December 2018 until 20 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

Temporary Road Closure Compass Hill, Petersham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Compass Hill, Petersham.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in Compass Hill, Petersham.

3. The order will come into effect on 3 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force between 7pm and 11pm on 3 December 2018 and 4 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Petersham Road and Hill Rise and via Richmond Hill, Star and Garter Hill and Petersham Road.

5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a new gas connection, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Eleanor Grove, Barnes.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Eleanor Grove, Barnes on both sides, from a point outside No 1 Eleanor Grove to a point outside the common boundary of Nos 5 and 7 Eleonor Grove, Barnes.

3. The order will come into effect on 17 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 17 December 2018 until 21 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Beresford Avenue, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation, they have made a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Beresford Avenue, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed wait or stand in Beresford Avenue from its junction with Park Road, north-eastwards for a distance of 50 metres.

3. The order will come into effect on 17 December 2018. The restrictions will be in force between 9am and 1pm on 17 December 2018 with a backup date at the same times on 20 December 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
