ANY Person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mr Howard Wheeler late of Ground Floor Flat, 7A Browning Avenue, Bournemouth, BH51NR who died on 16 April 2018 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to executor, Julie Wheeler, 4 Hill View, Sidmouth, EX10 9DF, no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this Notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have and notice.
