Notice is hereby given that Sean O'Hagan has applied in respect of Taps & Wine Bar, Chorley Road, Walton-Le-Dale, Preston PR5 4JA for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the supply of alcohol on and off the premises. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 21/12/2018 to the licensing team, South Ribble Borough Council, Leyland, PR25 1DH where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application
