THE SCHEDULE
Description of development Demolition of a single-storey temporary structure and garages. Erection of a four/ six storey building, 3 three-storey buildings and 1 two/four storey building to provide a total of 18 one bedroom and 23 two bedroom flats. Formation of vehicular access and provision of associated car parking, landscaping and other associated works
Description of Highway to be stopped up (All measurements given are approximate) The highway to be stopped up is in the London Borough of Croydon and is shown shaded yellow and cross hatched in red on the Plan reference 765/CJG/001 and comprises of a regular semi-circular shaped area of all-purpose highway measuring 9.00 metres by 3.00 metres adjacent to No 5 Mailing Close. (Total area to be stopped up 27.00 square metres)
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED
THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS BROOK ROAD, THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Brook Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Brook Road, Thornton Heath, between its junctions with Melfort Road and Carew Road;
(b) parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will be applied as necessary in the roads specified as alternative routes in paragraph 3 below.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be via Carew Road and Melfort Road and vice versa, or via Melfort Road, Brigstock Road and Brook Road and vice versa.
4. The restrictions detailed above will not apply to any vehicle involved
in carrying out the said works, any vehicle used for ambulance, police or fire brigade purposes or to anything done with the permission of a police officer in uniform.
5. The Order will come into operation on 03 December 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within 18 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED
THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS PENSHURST ROAD, THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new water connection on behalf of Thames Water, they have made
an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular parking in Penshurst Road, Thornton Heath.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, parking in Penshurst Road will be temporarily suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply between 8am and 5pm each day, on both sides of the road, outside Nos. 89 to 99 Penshurst Road and outside Nos. 76 to 80 and 75 to 81 Penshurst Road.
3. The Order will come into operation on 04 December 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within four days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
4. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS REGINA ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate vehicular access to a development site, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit parking in Regina Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place parking will be prohibited and double yellow line waiting restrictions will apply "at any time" on both sides of Regina Road from the common boundary of Nos. 135 and 137 Regina Road to the common boundary of Nos. 141 and 143 Regina Road.
3. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
4. The Order will come into operation on 30 November 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately 13 months, between 8am and 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS SANDERSTEAD ROAD, SOUTH CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate repairs to a railway bridge, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Sanderstead Road, South Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Sanderstead Road will be closed between its junctions with Broomhall Road and Kensington Terrace.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative routes for diverted traffic will be via Kendall Avenue, Kendall Avenue South, Victoria Avenue, Penwortham Road, Purley Downs Road, Riddlesdown Road and Brighton Road (northbound), or via Brighton Road, Riddlesdown Road, Purley Downs Road, Norman Avenue, Florence Road and Kendall Avenue (southbound), as appropriately signed.
4. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
5. The Order will come into operation on 03 December 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out over four nights between 10.00pm and 6.00am. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs
