LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Greyladyes Arts Foundation to the Licensing Authority of Eastleigh Borough Council for a Grant of a Premises Licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, for Greyladyes Arts Foundation (GAF) Centre, School Road, Bursledon, Southampton, S0318BX.
The application is for the following licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on the premises) and provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of (a) a performance of a play, (b) an exhibition of a film, (c) an indoor sporting event, (e) a performance ol live music, |f) any playing of recorded music, (g) a performance of dance, (h) entertainment of asimilar description to that falling within paragraph (e),(f)or (g), where the entertainment takes place in the presence of an audience and is provided for the purpose, or for purposes wtiich include the purpose, of entertaining that audience. The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council. The statutory register may be inspected at Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh, S05D 9YN or the Licensing Office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY Monday to Friday between 9am-12pm and from 2-4pm or online at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton, S018 9LA to be received by them up to and including 20th December 2018. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000).
