ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (HARWOOD ROAD, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Harwood Road, Bury - at its junction with Bradshaw Road.

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate manhole cover and frame repair works.

The alternative route will be via Bradshaw Road, Hall Street, Lowercroft Road, Cockey Moor Road, Arthur Lane, Hardy Mill Road, Longsight, Tottington Road and Bradshaw Road and vice-versa.

The Order comes into operation on Sunday 02 December 2018 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 1 month, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 1 day (8.30am-3.30pm). Dated 29 November 2018 Council Solicitor

Sunnybank Road, Bury - from its junction with Burndale Drive to its junction with Parr Lane

The reason for the proposed order is facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.

The alternative route will be Parr Lane, Moss Lane and Bury New Road and vice

versa

The Order comes into operation on Monday 10 December 2018 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 7 weeks (Sunnybank Road at its junction with Parr Lane will be closed approximately 2 weekends only). THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (TENNYSON AVENUE AND WORDSWORTH AVENUE, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Tennyson Avenue, Bury - from a point 25 metres west of its junction with Wordsworth Avenue to a point 25 metres east of its junction with Wordsworth Avenue.

Wordsworth Avenue, Bury - from its junction with Tennyson Avenue for a distance of 25 metres in a northerly direction

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate manhole cover and frame repair works.

The alternative route will be via Manchester Road, St Peter's Road and Burns Avenue and vice-versa.

The Order comes into operation on Monday 03 December 2018 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 1 month, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 1 day (8.30am-3.30pm). Dated 29 November 2018 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (STEWART STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Stewart Street, Bury - from its junction with Walshaw Road to Back Walshaw Road The reason for the proposed order is to enable replacement of a manhole frame and cover.

There is no practicable alternative route, access will be maintained if possible.

The proposed Order will come into operation on Sunday 09 December 2018 and

shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, although the anticipated

duration of the works is approximately one day.
