Notice is given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Bournemouth Water Retirement and Security Scheme (the "Scheme") is winding up. Any person having a claim against, or an interest in, the Scheme is required to send written particulars to the Trustees - c/o Sue Kettle, Secretary to the Trustees of the Bournemouth Water Retirement and Security Scheme, Capita Employee Solutions, London EC2V 7NQ before 31 January 2019. After 31 January 2019, the Trustees will deal with the assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior written notice and will not, in respect of the assets being dealt with, be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to that date.

If you have already received notification from the Trustees of the transfer of benefits held in the Scheme to the Pennon Group Pension Scheme or the Pennon Group Defined Contribution Pension Scheme you do not need to respond to this notice as the Trustees are already aware of your entitlement to benefits under the Scheme.
