Applications are invited from Contractors, under the terms of the NEC3 Short Contract, who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List for the following project: Maguiresbridge Pitch Development and Management - Changing Facilities

A shortlist of EO's will be compiled (Randomly Generated if over six Applicants) and invited to submit bids for the project. The works will be for Construction of Changing Facilities (including traditional construction of insulated blockwork cavity wall, trussed timber roof with concrete tiles rendered finish). M&E package to included central heating, showers, toilet facilities. Total ground floor area 165m2. at Gardiners Cross Road, Killashanbally, Maguiresbridge, BT97 4RY. Main Contractor to have third party health & safety accreditation, the Electrical sub contractor to be NIEIC registered. Construction period of 40 weeks Works Categories Building (General) 45210000-2 / Building (Sports & Leisure) 45212000-6 and will commence not before Feb 2019

The estimated cost of the project is £190,000.00 excluding VAT.
